Haha, my friend, I coated the fish, and I don't cut fish open horizontally but vertically. I can make another one if you want me to, fish aren't costly here.
And also, the coating helps it from breaking apart while stirring it, I used curry mixed with honey, you can try it.
Some people like my mother use flour to coat it and apply honey.
