Al-An'am (6:6): Have they not seen how many generations We destroyed before them which We had established upon the earth as We have not established you? And We sent [rain from] the sky upon them in showers and made rivers flow beneath them; then We destroyed them for their sins and brought forth after them a generation of others.

Amnesty International has confirmed through satellite imagery and verified footage that Israeli forces methodically razed the entire town of Khuza’a in May 2025, destroying homes, farmland, and vital civilian infrastructure, and displacing residents who had already suffered repeated uprooting.

This act is part of a broader pattern of systematic devastation in Gaza, where Israel has blocked aid, demolished food sources, and made survival increasingly impossible, contributing to what Amnesty calls a deliberate humanitarian catastrophe.

The destruction of Khuza’a underscores urgent calls for independent investigations into war crimes and genocide, as families like that of farmer Mohammed Qudaih are left devastated, stripped of both their livelihoods and their right to return.
