The Diary Game: Woke Up Sick But Ended Strong {15-10-2025}

Since I woke up today, I was feeling like throwing up, I don't know why, maybe it's time to treat malaria or maybe go for a test to be certain of what's happening to me. But then, I still managed to smile after bathing. When I finished bathing, I told my brother my condition and then he asked me to go to the couch and lay down there.

While I was still on the couch, I contacted one of my friend that is a lab scientist and she told me to come over to her lab so she could run some tests on me to be sure of what is happening to me. I lost appetite of everything and even when my favourite food was being given to me, I couldn't eat.

I stayed on the couch till afternoon and I began to feel hungry a little so I went to the kitchen and took the food my brother had kept for me so that I will eat whenever I felt hungry. Then I took it to the sitting room and ate it. I was able to finish the food before I went out.

I went out to the lab where my friend work, she took my blood sample and then she ran some rest. She gave me the test result but I was unable to interprete it and she did so for me. She told me I had typhoid, malaria and then my blood was a bit watery, so she told me what to do and the kind of food I needed to eat. She also prescribed some medications (of which I couldn't get because I wasn't with money) for me and then I went back home.

When I got back to the house, I bought Kpomo and meat because mommy sent me money to get them as she was already home when I came back to the house. When I came back, I washed them and then gave my mommy to steam while I took the test result toa how my brother and he promised to get the medication for me tomorrow.

As happy as I was, I returned to my room and took the little pain relief I was given before I took off my clothes to bath and also rest. I took a little food and I was okay.

Mommy told me not to sleep yet, that I should stay up a little while the drugs was working on me, so I went and stayed with them in the sitting room, we had our night devotion before I became very weak and decided to go to bed.
