Chill Out – Sargodha
Today I’m going to share my experience about visiting a café and ice cream shop called “Chill Out.” One of my university friends, who lives in a hostel, had been there a few times and told us that they serve the best coffee. She suggested that we all go together sometime. Since it was a hot day and we all felt like having something cool and refreshing, we decided to visit the shop.
So, after finishing our classes, we made our way to the Chill Out shop. It's a small place located in a plaza on Queens Road, Awan Colony. When we reached, I took a picture from outside. The shop is on the upper floor, where boys can sit and enjoy coffee and ice cream. The ice cream and coffee are made upstairs, and boys usually sit there.
There’s also a family section downstairs in the basement, where we went. As we entered through the glass door, we saw another room inside with sofas and chairs. The lights were slightly dim, creating a cozy vibe.
Since no one else was there at the time, they turned on the fan and AC just for us, and soon the room cooled down and became really comfortable.
The atmosphere was peaceful, the lighting was nice, and everything looked very neat and clean. The sofas were soft and well-maintained. One of the walls in the corner was beautifully decorated with artistic pieces and tiny antique items.
They had built in shelves on the wall with showpieces placed inside, and we admired them from a distance so we wouldn’t accidentally damage anything. The walls were painted in a brown and white combination, and there were ceiling fans as well. Along the side, there were also chairs, but we preferred to sit on the comfy sofas to relax.
Everything there looked very well maintained, and even tissues and hand sanitizer were available. After we sat down, a staff member brought us the menu and asked what we’d like to order. We told him we’d decide and let him know in a minute.

We had already planned to try the coffee, especially the chocolate flavor, because it also includes ice cream mixed in. This way we could enjoy both coffee and ice cream together.

We considered ordering strawberry too, but in the end, we all decided to go with chocolate-flavored ice cream coffee. The prices were reasonable a small cup was 450 PKR and a regular one was 550 PKR.
According to today’s rate , that’s about 11.3 STEEM for a small cup and 13.8 STEEM for a regular cup. Since we were six friends, we all ordered the small size. Our order arrived in just 5 to 10 minutes.
When the coffee arrived, it looked so yummy and smelled amazing. It was served in disposable glasses, sealed from the top, with straws and spoons inside so we could enjoy the ice cream too. After taking a few pictures, my friend reminded us to give honest feedback because she was the one who brought us there.
Then I started tasting the ice cream with a spoon it was creamy and had a deep chocolate flavor. After finishing most of the ice cream, I mixed the rest into the coffee and drank it, which made it even more fun and tasty. We kept chatting, laughing, and appreciating our friend for bringing us to such a great place.
Our total bill for six small ice cream coffees was 2700 PKR which is around 67.8 STEEM . We paid the waiter directly, he thanked us kindly, and we started getting ready to leave.
After some time, we finished our drinks, took a few more pictures, and came outside. I took another photo outside before we left. Honestly, I found everything about this place amazing — the coffee, the ice cream, the environment, the seating, and even the customer service.
