Today I will share my memorable journey to swat on Saturday and coming back on Sunday Night.

The Adventure Begins – Road to Swat!

Two days ago, we embarked on an unforgettable journey towards the "Switzerland of Pakistan" the breathtaking Swat Valley! The excitement was next level as our team set off early in the morning, ready for an epic mission: preparing for the graduation of 1,200 students under the Bano Qabil free IT courses initiative!

Pit Stop at Qayyum-u-Taamm – Prayer, Chai & Chaos!

On the way, we made a classic Pakistani road trip stop at Qayyum-u-Taamm the ultimate combo of prayer, petrol, parathas and chai! Some of us refueled the cars, others refueled themselves with desi chai and snacks, while a few just refueled their energy with naps. After a quick break (and a few "Jaldi karo, time ho raha hai!" moments), we hit the road again!

Nightfall in Swat – Let the Work Begin!

We reached Swat at night and headed straight to the venue where the convocation ceremony for students from Swat, Dir (Upper & Lower) and Buner was being organized. The energy was electric! Our team worked tirelessly to set up everything shields, laptops for toppers, certificates and more!

Dinner Time – Because Hungry Heroes Need Food!

After all that hard work, we were STARVING! So, we did what any sane person would do.

ATE LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMORROW!

From juicy kebabs to steaming rice, we destroyed that dinner table (no regrets).

Fizagat – Where Dreams & Balcony Views Collide!

Post feast, we checked into our stay at Fizagat and oh boy the view from the balcony was MAGICAL! Mountains, fresh air, and the sound of the river… Swat really is heaven on Earth!

Morning in Swat – Breakfast & Grand Convocation!

After only 4 hours of sleep (thanks to late-night talks and laughter) we kicked off the day with a yummy breakfast and headed to the iconic Wadudia Hall of Jahanzeb College – the most prestigious college in Swat!

Jahanzeb College was established in 1952 and is named after the last ruler of Swat, Miangul Jahanzeb. It’s a historic institution known for producing brilliant minds!

The Big Event – Bano Qabil 2.0 Launches!

The ceremony began with an inspiring speech by our chief guest Haffez Naeem Ur Rehman (Head of Jamaat-e-Islami), who motivated the youth with his powerful words. Then came the MOMENT OF TRUTH prize distribution!

• Laptops for top performers
• Shields & certificates for graduates
• The grand launch of Bano Qabil 2.0 for Malakand Division!

The students were SO HAPPY – some even turned their phone flashlights on like a mini concert! It was a proud moment for all of us, knowing we’re helping these students become financially independent through free IT education.

We took an epic group photo with the Swat team – a BIG shoutout to AlKhidmat Foundation & Bano Qabil for making this possible!Bano Qabil is empowering the youth with free IT skills, turning their dreams into reality! With education and opportunity, we’re building a future where every talent shines!

The Return Journey – Laughter, Jokes & Ice Cream!

After another massive dinner (because why not?), we started our journey back to Peshawar. The ride was FULL of laughter, funny stories, and roasting each other (as friends do ). We even stopped for ice cream because… well, life is short, eat dessert first!

Finally Home – But the Memories Stay!

We reached Peshawar at 11 PM, exhausted but filled with joy. This journey wasn’t just about work – it was about teamwork, adventure, and creating memories for life.

We missed you @shahfaisal But donot worry next time you are definitely coming with us!
