On a very sunny morning, I received a call from my colleague who is a principal. He invited me and my fellow principals to have a cup of coffee together. While talking about our recreation plans. The plan was to go together to the Gayo highlands. Before leaving, we finalized the plan by inviting several other colleagues to join us.

We had a discussion to come to an agreement on our itinerary to the Land of Gayo. Determining when we would travel, where we would stay and of course the costs we would need. As for transportation, we used the car of one of our friends who was already very familiar with the Gayo highlands. A trip with discussions to reach an agreement that we did together.

It didn't take long to gather fellow principals, especially the male ones. They came and immediately joined in while ordering coffee. And in our plan, we also invited one of our colleagues who was ready to help us recommend places that we would make as destinations and places to stay while in the gayo highlands. Although the gayo highlands are actually very familiar to me who always travels there, especially to visit my relatives who live there.

We ended the discussion after getting an agreement on where we were going while in the gayo highlands. We will even do a promotion while we are there, namely the promotion of drinks, one of whose resellers is our friend. And we will travel on Saturday after work hours at the place where we carry out our duties as leaders. We travel without disturbing our working hours.
