RE: SLC-S25/W3 | Community World Tour: Landscapes & Sacred Sites"
Wow this IFA ikot okpon scared Forest has a deep story attached to it. Well since my curiosity won't let me, I would love to know some things about this forest....
•You mentioned that this forest is used for many purposes like oat taking and initiation, is there any other purpose like performing rituals, sacrifices?
• Can visitors visit this forest, or is it just for the people of Akwaibom? And what happens to someone who visits the forest with their menstrual flow, will they die at once or be sacrificed or what?
• Did you enter the thick forest to get this herb or was it just within the forest?
There's always someone there. Even today I met one man who maybe takes care of this place. I'm sure before someone will enter inside the man will ask the person some questions. I was just around the place I didn't go inside. What we don't know does not kill us therefore if a visitor on her monthly flow enters there nothing will happen to her because she doesn't know but someone that knows and entered with it. Will have herself to blame.
Oh, that's amazing. It must be a sacred place indeed for someone to be there guarding it.
It means there has never been history of tourist visiting this forest?
It's not a popular tourist yet unless for people who knows the place . Hence you can make out time to visit remember when you are free.now you know.
Alright, this information is valid. Thank you ma'am
