Hello Everyone

It's a great pleasure for me to apply for Steemit Challenge Season 25. My topic for this season is Sweetness of the World. Sweets are not only a part of our culture, but eating sweets makes both our hearts and minds happy. Sweets give us this feeling of a special occasion, a special day, a special festival, and emotions. Sweet food is a part of life. If we talk about desserts, there is a long category of desserts, such as frozen desserts, cold desserts, fried desserts, and baked desserts.

What we propose for This challenge

week:1

Fried desert/pan cake

This is very simple and fry pen cake style prepare the dish add sugar syrup.so I select in second week.its very simple recipe.The main ingredients of pan cake are flour,sugar,eggs,milk.Most importantly, it can be eat in all three: breakfast snacks and desserts.

week 2 chocolate truffles

No baked very easy recipe.using biscuits ,condense milk minted butter and chocolate.It will be made by hand a mind of game.This recipe will be completed in the enjoyment of the game.

week:3

Frozen desert =/cheese cake(no bake)

In the third week, I will make cheese cake add melted butter with crushed biscuits after that add jam or fresh fruits.cream cheese and powder sugar beat well.in the end whipping cream topping.keep it in Refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours .

4th week:

Pudding and custard/kheer

When I had a long list of puddings and custard in front of me, I selected Kheer from it. It's very famous sweet dish.This dish, made from a mixture of milk and rice, is very popular and is also topped with nuts and cram.its very easy easy to make and delicious dish.

5th week

Broken glass jelly

Main ingredients of this recipe is gelatin,condense milk,jelly,making process very easy . I hope every body participate .

6th week

Your favourite desert

In the end, I will keep my choice of the participle and make whatever dessert I like.Five weeks is permanent. In the end, I gave them the option to make whatever dessert they wanted.

Why did I select the topic of dessert

I selected the topic of dessert because everyone loves to eat it. Because sweets bring peace and happiness to the mind. People will eat it with great enthusiasm, they will also make it, and participants will take part in it. I have also taken care to make it very easy to make and also fit the budget. Because I feel that people really like sweet food.

main object of This course

1)By the end of the this course students will be able to identify major deserts of the world.
2)Last week students create their own simple deserts.
3)every week new desert recipes+tips.
