The Diary Game [04/07/25] : My small package was finally ready for pickup

On the 4th day of July 2025, I was opportuned to pick up my package from Jumia and I was so excited I was finally going to get it because I really needed a new charger after one of my chargers got bad. I also blogged in steemit that day before and after i went to take my package. Walk with me as I tell you the complete activities of that day.

Morning Period

I woke up having the impression that it was the best day for me to go get my package from Jumia because I will be very busy the next day which was Saturday and on Sundays they don't open their office so I will have to wait till the next week Monday if I don't go there either on Friday or Saturday. I did most of the things I planned to do that day, fast because I really wanted to leave the house on time I get my package.

The weather wasn't friendly at all in the morning when I went out to buy sugar and bread that morning. Everywhere was looking dull that morning and I was supposed to carry an umbrella with me but I knew the rain won't fall and it didn't fall. When I got back to the house I ate breakfast and focused on doing some important things in steemit.

Afternoon Period

This was the time I got opportuned to go get my package. I took a selfie before leaving the house which is the first picture in this post and I went straight to the Jumia pickup station as fast as I can before it will start raining because the place is very far from my home and I decided to trek the long journey. The weather was very cold so I had to put on a long sleeve that day.

I arrived at the place and showed them my code then they confirmed that I have already paid for the charger. My package was given to me and I was told to sign which I did successfully and happily opened my package. When I opened it I saw the charger in a small carton and I removed it from the carton then I went upstairs to test the charger in a betting center there. The charger was working perfectly so I decided to charge my phone with it for an hour before going home.

Evening Period

It charged my phone fast and I was happy I spent my money wisely. I trekked home and ate lunch in the evening before I continued blogging in steemit. There was electricity at home that evening so I charged my phone again with the charger and the rain finally started falling. I was glad I have already taken my package before it started. It was a moment of joy for me.

Jumia is a very wonderful shopping app I have been shopping in since March 2024 and yes they aren't perfect at all, there are times I bought things that didn't give me what I expected so I returned them before 7 days after because if you get your package and you intend to return it so that your money can be refunded because you don't like it, you just return it before 7 days all else it won't be returnable again. I'm happy Jumia didn't disappoint me this time around, I love the charger.
