"My Eid Shopping" //My experience and plans for Eid shopping//23-03-2025

Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @abdullahw2 Sir.I would like to thanks Sir for organizing such an inventive contest.Through this contest, we can share our wonderful Eid shopping moments and we can also enjoy the others steemian Eid shoppings.So let's start this contest today.

•Have you done your Eid Shopping? If yes then share with us. Or still you are planning to do that?

My Eid shopping is not yet complete. There are still some necessary items left to buy. Last night, after the iftar, I performed the prayer and went to the market for Eid shopping with my only son, my mother-in-law, and my younger brother-in-law.But today I have plans to go to the market again. If I can manage my time, I will go to the market again today, InshAllah.

•How do you plan your Eid shopping—do you buy everything at once or gradually?

I always have to plan very well for Eid shopping. Because Eid means a day of joy and celebration. During Eid, I always do the shopping for my parents and my two younger sisters. Every girl, when she becomes a bride in her household, tends to leave her parents' home very quickly. I never do all the shopping at once. Because everyone from my in-laws goes to the market together, we can't do everyone's preferred shopping in just one day; it takes a lot of time, and we can't rush to do all the shopping on the same day. So, I always shop for Eid gradually.

My son is very happy after getting him Eid shopping.

•What us your favorite place for Eid Shopping? Is it a shopping mall or a market?

For Eid shopping, it has always been on my preferred list in our city. And there is a shopping mall in our city that is very popular among all of us. The name of this shopping mall is Madhabdi School Super Market. I never go far for Eid shopping.I always find shopping malls to be perfect for shopping. This is because you can find everything you need here, allowing you to buy all the necessary clothes, shoes, cosmetics, etc., in a shorter amount of time. Markets are usually messy, which requires a lot of wandering around for Eid shopping. Therefore, I usually go to shopping malls for Eid shopping.

•If you are asked to give Eid gift to one of your Steemian friends, what kind of gift would you like to give?

I want to give a gift to my esteemed friend @saifulvai, through whom I came to this platform, for Eid. Since Eid-ul-Fitr is approaching, boys feel more comfortable wearing Punjabi during Eid. So I want to gift him a Punjabi, InshaAllah. However, my husband is in Saudi Arabia, and I have never given him any gift. This time I have planned to surprise him; with my first salary from teaching, I have bought a Punjabi for him. Because on the 29th, my husband's friend is going to Saudi Arabia, I will send some more gifts without informing my husband, InshaAllah.

Eid ul-Fitr, which is highly anticipated by Muslims, comes after the 30 days of Ramadan. It is a festival that is very much desired by Muslims. Eid means joy, happiness, and celebration. On Eid day, wearing new clothes and good attire is also a practice of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Therefore, on Eid, we all shop for everyone in the family according to our ability. We pray to Allah that everyone can celebrate Eid ul-Fitr beautifully,Ameen.
