Greetings to all friends

Assalam o alikum friends I hope you all are well and healthy ๐Ÿ’— ๐Ÿ’— I am @sualeha from Pakistan,it's pleasure for me to share my traditional cousins with all of you today I come with another new tampting and healthy recipe to hopefully you will like and appreciate my little effort so guys without ado let's move on the recipe....

Ingredients list
1 kg whole wheat flour
As need Cooking oil
1 kg potatoes
1 cup fine chopped onion
Green chillies
1 tbs Red chilli crushed
Salt to taste
1 tbs turmarric powder
1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves

Making/procedure

  • Step :1
    By first I prepared the dough for my base bread for that took a clean bowl add wheat flour,sat ,oil in it then add water little by little in the mixture .

Kneed the dough well by hands .

Oiled on top and covered for 1 hours.

  • Step :2

  • Washed the potatoes and boiled in water ,with in 30 minutes it's completely tender .off the flame and let it cool.

  • Peeled off the all potatoes after cool then mashed it by masher or hand .

  • step :3

  • Add freshly chopped coriander leaves in mashed potatoes.

  • Add chopped onions as well.

  • Now it's time to add powder spices in it in which salt ,red chilli flakes ,black pepper powder and chat masala as well.

  • At the end added Chopped green chillies .

  • Mixed all ingredients well by the help of spatula .

Now our filling is ready.set a side and moved on third and last step making parathas .

Step :4

Now made a dough ball for parathas I made all balls from dough then rest it for 20 minutes and covered from kitchen cloth.

  • Spreading dough balls onto round shaped by using rolling pin.

  • Add filling in few amount .

  • Making another bread for paratha.

I covered it on filled bread then closed circular ends with the help of fingers.

  • Now put the Aloo paratha on pre heated pan .

  • I oiled from both sides till golden brown colour as you saw in picture,one by one I made all parathas .

Final presentation

The tampting aroma spreading out from my kitchen , I served it with green sauce and youhgat with cumin.i also incorporated with sliced cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’.

It's not only delicious it's healthy as well due to potatoes, whole grain and veggies added in it ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿคค.
