Greetings to all my friends

Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my diary blog ,due some reasons now a day very busy but today I decide to share my today's diary blog int beloved #steemforpakistan community.The summer vacations going on from my kids school from 1 June to 30 July so my kids wanted to go on nanoo,s home means my mother's home .

After breakfast I opened my WhatsApp group I recently received pictures from Canada ,my sister sent the wedding ceremony pictures of her elder daughter.

Uswah wedds with Abdul reman.The beautiful wedding function held in Pakistani traditional style in Canada.i wished both newlyweds couple Allah Pak knots them in love for ever.The very expensive and very pretty dressed they all family wore .In Pakistan tradition usually bride wear red heavy work dress ,infact lot only bride all family members specially purchased new and unique cloths for this day .

I stayed at my mom last night and now it's time to back to home ,now a day's I booked online rides for travel .It's has reasonable fare and comfortable and safe ride any whate ,any time .I downloaded the app of yangoo it's provides online ride easily with in minutes.i just type my destination and many rides drivers contact us .

Recipe of Date cake

At evening time I baked Date cake on my Aunt,s request ,last time when I made she really liked it and she also wanted to learn I how I made fluffy texture cake in pan actually she had no oven so guys let's share below the short cut recipe with spectacular images.

By first I washed the dates removed seeds and dipped in tea for 20 minutes with bicarbonate.on the side soaked coffee powder in warm water .

Now starting ingredients mixing take a clean bowl added butter and powder sugar and mixed it well till got creamy texture of both ingredients now added dry ingredients and liquid coffee in mixture and mixed well .

Added soaked dates in cake mixture and incorporated all ingredients proper with cut and fold method.placed a butter paper in cake mould and shifted all batter into tin and tap it to removed air bubbles .

Pre heated my home made oven for 30 minutes on medium flam ,now put the cake tin in the stand which were already placed by me .bakes for 45 minutes and I got yummy cake for all .please you all try on my recommendation.

After dinner I watched drama serial Do kinary ,the very interesting story one of my favourite drama serial now a days me and my daughter enjoyed the frame with chilled flavoured soda drinks .

Today is Monday I made post and posted last night for Steemit learning challenge season 24 of first week now today am working on results summery report of it ,I really confused for selecting 🏆 winners, everyone did there best .After that offered my night prays and hit to bed infact felt so tired .So guys it's all about my today's activities ,I hope you all like it, waiting for your valuable feedback,see you soon with my new blog untill then take care Allah Hafiz ❤️.
