✨The diary game||Reflection of the day 4 August -25✨||
Hello Everyone
I hope you all are good,today I like to share my daily activities of the day in diary game blog ,well guys .... I am house wife ,mother of three kids and also worked on Steemit so balancing between my house hold responsibilities and my blogging some time challenging but fortunately I had a supportive husband who always understand and helped me in all ways parenting is not a joke we both took dicision for them specially I took my decision freely so I really thanks to almighty who gives me such a lovely man as a life partner 💞.
Friends I gained weight constantly few months so I make decision to start healthy diet plan and stop eating out only prefer home made meals .Now my weight is 68 kgs and my target is reduced 8 kgs in two to three months for that I started the diet plan from nutritionist Dr Farah from her YouTube channel.

I religiously followed the diet plan from the month start means first August... Let's see how longer my diet continue ....... 🙈 🙈 ,in the morning I ate boiled eggs sandwich 🥪 with row veggies along with green ☕.I. Mid morning I consumed 2 bananas 🍌 or any seasonal fruit like apple ,melon 🍈 with big bowl of salad .In lunch I ate 2 small chapaties with bottle ground and half cup curd .In dinner I consumed protein rich food like fish , chicken.For bed time low fat skimmed milk trying to sleep early and finished my dinner before 7 pm

Today was the result day of first monthly assessment of my little boy Hassan I changed his school admission in Al-suffah islamic school .He got 83% in exams and teachers satisfied,over all he did great but need improvement in Urdu language subjects Urdu text and religion.Good in maths and art as well .He is also good in Nazra recite of holy Quran.

I got big surprise from Steemit blogs when I opened my account and extremely happy when saw I am again selected in new season Steemit learning challenge season 26 .I replied my acceptance message and will try to give my best as a teacher in pottery class as a teacher .
Well ... Instant noodles are not too healthy but some time I allowed it at home ,the spicy chat pata Noddles are tampting but there is no doubt it's made up of all purpose flour that is weight gains and built constipation usually so I avoid frequently used of that in my house.Made in just two minutes.
I offered my Maghreb prays and started cooking meals for today's dinner.My daughter suffered in fever so I made order sandwiches for her with fries and cooked chicken shalwar roll ,we ate together and thankful to God who gave us many blessings ❣️ ❣️

The day ended with peace and little bit busy so I completed my diary blog and lay down on bed and slept 😴 😴. Remember me in your prays waiting for your valuable feedback.
