Friends welcome back with another exciting and quickly done recipe in my food blog I hope you all as usual like and appreciate my cooking and recipes as always,I am from karachi Pakistan and in my city we all chicken lovers if I said crazy for fried chicken ๐Ÿ— not false . Usually we bought fried chicken from market but today i share here the yummy and quick made recipe of fried chicken I am sure when you will try you love it so guys without ado let's move on the today's recipe.

  • Recipe name:Crispy Fried chicken ๐Ÿ— ๐Ÿ—
  • Marination time: 1 hours
  • Firing time:15 minutes on to medium flame
  • Serving size: 6 to 8 person

Things we need are given below ๐Ÿ‘‡


Ingredients list
1 kg chicken piece
Cooking oil
Chicken tikka masala
2 lemon juice
All purpose flour for coating
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
Potatoes for fries ๐ŸŸ

Making

  • By first washed chicken pieces properly from water and strained excess water from it did small cuts by knife then add freshly chopped ginger garlic paste in the chicken.

  • Add powder spices in the chicken this time I used chicken tikka masala and vinegar then mixed well .

  • Squeezed 2 lemon juice in it .

  • Mixed well all ingredients and covered it for marination for at least one to two hours for more rich and tendering taste.

coating

  • After marination process now it's time to coated with all purpose flour one by one and set a side for 10 minutes for good coating and crispy crunch on your fried chicken.

Take a pen add cooking oil in it that enough for deep frying for chicken pieces.Gives golden colour on both side then strained out from oil , stayed on tissue paper for absorbed excess oil in fried pieces.For better oil removal I used spider spoon that removed excess oil and easy to handle fried items .

You can see it what a lovely golden coloured fried chicken fried by me ,well my hubby is more perfect in fring better then me he loves it to fried any food items ,the crispy crust makes it more yummy ๐Ÿคค ๐Ÿคค.

Crispy potato fries๐ŸŸ

In my home fries ๐ŸŸ are always accompanied with fried chicken,for fries washed potatoes first then peeled off it and cut into finger sliced shaped dusted all purpose flour or corn flour on it and fried in pre heated oil pan and fried till tired into golden colour.

Final presentation

I served fried chicken with crispy potato ๐ŸŸ,tomato ketchup, burger bun and chilled soda drink.I am sure you will try this recipe on my recommendation.
