How are your friends? I hope you are all doing well by the grace of Allah I am also safe by the grace of Allah and I can celebrate Eid happily with my family. I thank Allah Almighty for this. Today I have come up with a delicious recipe for my foodie friends and that is Burmese pickle made from delicious raw mangoes. We love to make different types of pickles but today I am going to make a different type I have made Burmese pickle which is very tasty, with a slightly different taste of sour, sweet and salty. Let me tell you the details of how I made it.

Required materials 👇🏾

●Raw ripe mangoes
● jaggery
● dried chilli powder
●salt
●cumin powder
● dhuna powder
● salt
● mustard oil
● panchphoron
●Chili flex

The Process of receipe

Step 01

To make mango pickles, first I took some raw ripe mangoes. Here, it is not enough to take only raw mangoes. You have to take some ripe mangoes along with them. Then I peeled the mangoes and cut them into pieces. Then I put them in a pressure cooker and cook them for eight or ten minutes. Then I boiled the mangoes well.

Step 05
again for about half an hour. And in the meantime, the colour of the mango pickle will completely change. Here you have a completely beautiful mango pickle colour. And that's when you will understand that the mango pickle is ready. Then you have to take it off the stove put it in a pan and prepare it for serving. Here, take a sufficient amount of mango pickle on a plate and prepare it for serving.

On rainy days, having these kinds of mango pickles on a plate of khichdi definitely fills the heart and makes eating them much more satisfying. I hope all my friends will make these Burmese mango pickles and give them as gifts to their families in various recipes along with khichdi. I will see you in a new post. Until then, everyone stays well, God bless.
