How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I came to participate in a food contest organized by @artist1111 sir. I would like to thank her for organizing such a beautiful contest for us every week. After winter, we are in summer and we are spending our days in the scorching heat of summer. And when we are in summer, the first summer vegetable that we see in our markets is the potol. This vegetable is very beneficial and helps us lose weight during the summer season. Also, this vegetable is full of nutrients. Today, I cooked it for the first time in the year, making a fish recipe using potol and alu. The details are presented below.

●onion
●bay leaf
●salt
●turmeric powder
●cumin powder
●dry chilli powder
● white oil
●ginger and garlic paste
● roasted cumin seeds
The Process of receipe
Step 01
First I put some potol and potatoes in a bowl then I peel them well and cut them into a nice size then I put them in a clean pan and put chopped onion and bay leaf in it

then I put some oil in it and fry it till it turns brown nicely then I take all the dry spices and ginger and garlic paste in a pot. When the onions are well fried, I add all the spices and fry them for two minutes.

Then when the spices are well fried, I add the chopped and washed vegetables mix everything well and fry them for another two minutes. Then add a little water and let it boil. During this time, I will prepare the fish properly, so I have cut the fish into appropriate sizes, but today's cuttlefish had eggs in it and I will cook that too today. I washed everything well and took it to a plate. Then I added a sufficient amount of salt, turmeric and dry chilli powder

mixed it well and marinated it for about ten minutes. Then I will take a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, I will add the marinated fish to it. I will fry the fish well for some time and in the meantime,

my vegetables will be cooked. Then I will add the fried fish to it. Then I will fry the fish and vegetables well for some more time and then they will be cooked well

Step 06
I will add the required amount of water and check the salt thoroughly. If everything is fine, add aspoonful of roasted cumin seeds and again remove the bolog like this. Then, when my cooking is complete, I will remove it from the stove and put it in the pan.
Step 07
Then my recipe is ready. Then, I will take two to three fish, fish eggs and some vegetables in a bowl and prepare it for serving. And that's how my wonderful recipe for today's fish with potol was made.
