Today I am going to participate in the third week of Tomato Ketchup, in which the professor has explained things in a very good way, step by step, on how we can make Ginger Chili tomato ketchup. Now we have been given a task and along with that, he has also told us its benefits. So we will try our best to complete the task he has given us. So let's move on to our main process.

The first task is to identify what our ingredients are. We have to tell our ingredients, using which ingredients we have made this ketchup, so I am going to tell you a whole list in front of you, in which you can see the name of the thing in the list, its quantity in front of it, and also see its picture. So this is the entire list through which we will make this ginger chili tomato ketchup.

Now let's move on to our main process. In the main process, we have to explain step by step how we have prepared this ketchup. So our first step is that we have to take tomatoes. We have to cut these tomatoes into small pieces so that when we boil or cook them, they mix quickly.

Our second step is that we have to take a pan, put the tomatoes in it. After adding the tomatoes, we have to light the fire on the stove, and along with that, we have to add half a cup of water. After adding half a cup of water, we have to cook it properly so that it becomes soft.

When they become soft in a good way, then we have to put them on one side and cool them. When they cool down well, then we will put them in the grinder machine and grind them in a good way, so that we have a juice type.

After doing all these steps, our next step is that we have to take a separate vessel, in this vessel we have to put a spoon of oil and put it on the stove, we have to heat it slightly, as soon as it is hot, we have to add ginger and green chili paste in it, this paste is the one that we had prepared earlier, so this is a mixed paste of green chili, which is ginger, we put it in it and then at the same time we have filtered the paste or the juice that we have to put in it.

After putting everything in it, stir it well and cook it in this way. Now we will add sugar to it. Along with sugar, we will also add vinegar from grapes. After adding both these things to it, we have to stir it again. This sugar will serve as a thickener, and it will combine with it in the best way.

Now we have to add two spices to it, one is red chili and the other is salt. These are both the items that we have to add according to our test, according to which we cook food at home, or the kind of chili we want, or the kind of salty thing we want. After adding it, we have to cook it well. After cooking, we have to take it off the stove and put it in a separate vessel. This will be finally ready for us.

As per the demand of this challenge, I have garnished it. First of all, I have taken ginger and divided it into thin pieces. After dividing it into thin pieces, I have taken a green chili and we have also cut it into rounds. Now I am garnishing them with them. After garnishing, I decorated them nicely.

I had some bouquets and placed them between the bouquets and took a photo of them. I also added a caption with my username, today's date, and the name of the challenge written on it. I placed them beautifully among the flowers. I hope you like them.
