International Coffee Day is a wonderful occasion to be celebrated with our loved ones, making our lives pleasant and enjoyable throughout the day.
☕ What types of coffee beans do you know? Does your country grow coffee?
Coffee beans that usually grow in Nigeria are Robusta and Arabica coffee seeds. Those coffee beans are mainly grown in Taraba, Osun, Cross River, and Plateau states. Robusta coffee beans constitute 96 percent of coffee production in Nigeria. In fact, many farmers who plant these coffee beans gain a lot of money when they ensure customer satisfaction.
Another type of coffee bean that also grows in Nigeria is green coffee, where farmers plant it in their regions, and that is why Nigeria is the targeted country that has seen an increase in coffee production.

The most popular coffee brands in Nigeria are Top Cafe and Combell Coffee. This type of coffee is essential to our bodies, particularly green coffee, which helps lower blood pressure as well as improve our energy to perform various activities.

My favorite type of coffee is white coffee mixed with hot water so that it can make my day more perfect, as well as allow me to enjoy myself to the fullest. I will first pour the powder of Top Cafe into a glass cup, dilute it with hot water, and stir it together. Doing this will help me feel more satisfied. I love drinking this coffee because it's my favorite.
It's very easy to make at home, and I usually enjoy it in the afternoon. Whenever I drink it, I experience better sleep, which strengthens my body and muscles. It helps me regain energy and also help me to gain essential nutrients that my body needs.

☕Is International Coffee Day celebrated in any special way in your country?
International Coffee Day is celebrated alongside Nigeria's Independence Day. We celebrate 65 years of being free from British rule. Nescafe, which is another brand that produces coffee for Nigerians, volunteered to serve 65,000 cups of coffee to customers across the states in Nigeria for the celebration of International Coffee Day.
This initiative is great as it will allow both old and young people to develop a love for their favorite brand of coffee. It is also expected to reach university students as well as some offices to enjoy the smooth taste of the coffee. They are serving 65,000 cups of coffee to celebrate this milestone in a unique way.
