I hope you people will definitely like it, and I have made a very delicious pakora recipe today, which is very rich and has very few ingredients, but you know that we can make good food with ingredients too. Today we were sitting and talking when suddenly we made a plan and we ate pakoras.
The weather has become a little cold, so we feel like eating something like this. Otherwise, in summer, we don't feel like eating anything. In summer, we stand in the kitchen. No one feels like cooking anything. So today, it's good that why not make something. So we started making it. And we thought that we would make something a little more delicious and edible. So we thought of eating it today. Let's go quickly. First of all, I will share with you a simple ingredient. Let me share what is found in every home.

Friends, first of all, I have taken an empty container in which I have cut potatoes into small pieces and along with potatoes, I have also cut onions. I have made tiny potatoes. We have cut them into very small sizes. We will use the smallest size. Not here, things and pakodas will be well-cooked. So let's go. I will add the spices after this. First of all, I have added black and red chilies, and we have added spices.

After that, I have added salt. Actually, there was a fear of gas, so we had to hurry up before the gas is supplied. Otherwise, we must also order spinach, but spinach has to be cooked. Therefore, instead of wasting time due to the risk of gassing, we thought, why not use the ingredients are there to make it work properly. After that, I mixed it in the basin. With the help of a little water, I mixed it well.

This is the whole mixture. After mixing it, I thought that now it is time to fry it. First of all, I took a pan and put ghee in the pan. Until the ghee is hot, we have to wait for the ghee to warm up. Otherwise, we will put the pakoras in the ghee as soon as they are put in.

If we put them in cold ghee, the pakoras will scatter a lot and we will not fry them properly because they will scatter. Then, I waited for the ghee to heat up and when the ghee got hot, I started adding them one by one. I put as many pakoras in the pan as I could at once and then waited for a while to turn it over and then our pakoras were ready.

I immediately thought that this kind of delicious sauce should be used by our friends. We ordered yogurt and made green chilli sauce and mixed it with the pakoras in a very delicious way and ate it and enjoyed it a lot.
