So first of all I have taken some tomatoes and now I have washed the tomatoes well so that the dirt etc. on them is gone and they are cleaned well because we have to make ketchup from it so it should be free from dirt and now I have cut it into small pieces so that I have taken a vessel and in it I have put the small tomatoes and we have also added water and have put a lid on it so that we have steamed it for five to seven minutes and it boils so as I had told you that it will boil in a very short time so these are our own tomatoes that have become very soft

And further I will grind it well to make a paste of them so that it has to become a paste in a good way so I have cooked it in a good way

As we have this paste, we have made it in the grinder and we will now put it on the side and there will be a separate vessel in which I have taken two spoons of ghee and in it we have to put cloves and cardamom and in it for two minutes just to test it inside we will put the grinder paste prepared in it which was ready with us and now as it is ready with us now we move on to the next step.

Now we will add things to taste inside it. I will add salt to it according to the taste . Apart from that, we will add vinegar to it, which I only have white vinegar because we don't have apple and olive oil and we have to go far to get it and we have to go far, it is not that easy, so this was in our house and that is why I have added it. Apart from that, now I will cook it for a while and as soon as I try to thicken it and as soon as it thickens, now I will strain it through a sieve.

So along with this, I had cut the leaves of Niaz Bou into small pieces. Now I have to turn off the stove because I had cooked it on a very low heat. But after turning off stove I will sprinkle the chopped leaves of Niaz Bou on top of it and gve t to steam. When its aroma is added, I have kept it for a few minutes. We have kept it for about five minutes. And this is the rest of the process.

We had mixed everything and now we will filter it through a sieve. So I have taken a good one which is very fine and I have filtered it through a sieve. We have prepared the ketchup we want and it has come to our pot and the rest of the ingredients are on the side. As you can see,
