Miss en place ingredients

Let me explain few things I did before I arrive at the mis en place ingredients, I have used more than 30 minutes for the soup preparation.

I went to my farm cut water leaf, select the flowers, wash it thoroughly using clean water and sliced it.

I cut the tail of my periwinkle, wash it clean. I don't like buying the cut ones from market, In most cases, I encounter deaths ones, as such I prefer cutting and washing it myself.

I wash my cowskin, meat, fish and removable periwinkle and set aside..

Now let's enter cooking process

In a clean pot, I added the proteinous ingredients, season and steam it well. Remember, this is soups foundation, it plays a vital role our meal.

My next item was adding of my cowskin, this was properly wash.

Thereafter, I go in with my prewinkle, the one with shell first, seconded with removable. The removable is for my daughter, she enjoys seeing it inside her soup. More so, it builds children PVC with speed.

I added oil and a desire quality of water, I cover the pot allow the ingredients to simmer for some minutes.

I continue the process by adding grinded crayfish, this gives a gorgeous taste to the meal.

I poured in my melon,It was properly grinding . I stir consistently to avoid it getting burnt till it was done then I proceeded to add another ingredient.

I added waterleaf and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes, by this time, the waterleaf has already added more water to the soup.

I added bitter leaf lastly and I stir it then my soup was ready, I put down from the cooker, Boom dish it for my family members.

Saludos amiga
