How long do you need to soak and boil the chickpeas? I always have canned one because it seems to take me forever to boil the dry ones. Sometimes dry ones could be better because they don't take up too much space in the storage
My place is hot and humid. I think sometimes it smells after soaking. Can I soak in the fridge?
