To be honest, these types of foods are very nutritious and delicious to eat, and since my kids love to eat them, I can make these foods without any hesitation. So far, I have made a wonderful Sadh pudding for them and I present the recipe to you. This recipe is very easy and delicious to eat. Required ingredients:

• Milk 1 litre
• Egg 3 pcs
• Sugar 250 gm
• Agar agar powder 1 tea spoon

Cooking Steps:

First I boiled one liter of milk and reduced it to half a liter. The whole milk has become completely thick. Then I cooled the milk.

Then I cracked the egg and put it in a bowl.

Then I added sugar.

Now I added agar agar powder.

Now I mixed everything well. I took a little time to do the work here.

Now I kept stirring the mixture continuously through the milk, if it gets too thick, I had to reduce it.

Now I made shirka by heating it with half a cup of sugar. Then pour it into a heart-shaped container.

Now that the mixture has cooled, I pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator. After some time, I took it out of the fridge and served it to the kids.

My children loved this pudding so much that they ate it with satisfaction. Seeing them eat with such satisfaction really made me feel better. I hope you can quickly make this wonderful recipe and feed your family.
