"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 79: (Chicken Chinese Rice)" 🍚💕

How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Sir @mvchacin. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.
1 - Make your own Chinese Rice🍚 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

Chicken | 1 kilo |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Black pepper | 2 |
Rice | 2 Glass |
Cabbage | 1 large size |
Onion | 3 |
Capsicum | 2 |
Garlic | 1 bulb |
Green chilli | 5 |
Ginger | half |
Egg | 3 |

First I put three chopped onions inside the oil.
And after mixing them well, I set them aside to brown.
When the onions started to brown, I added the chicken.
After putting the chicken in it, I shook it well and it started to cook slowly. I had to fry it until it was brown.
When the chicken was well fried, I added ginger, green chilies, and garlic into it, making a paste.
After adding all these things, I mixed them all well so that it started to cook well.

Then I added salt and pepper to it.
When the whole mixture started to form, I then added salt and black pepper to it and mixed it well so that all the spices were mixed well inside it.

After that, I took a separate frying pan, added oil to it, mixed three eggs well, and without adding any spices, I turned it upside down in the same way inside the pan and made it into a fine fiber.
When I had beaten the egg well, I added it to this mixture.
When my spices were ready, I poured water into a separate pot and added a little salt and oil so that I could boil the rice in it. When the water started to boil gently, I added the rice and set it aside to boil.

Then I added the cabbage and bell peppers to the chicken mixture.
After that, my entire chicken mixture was ready. I mixed it well and placed it on a light baking sheet.
After a while, the ones I had kept for the guests had also boiled. We had to cook them 80 percent because the rest of the time, when we had to add the rice to the mixture, they had to wait until the rest was ready. I had to stain the rice in a basket.
After that, I added the rice little by little into the mixture and started mixing.
Then I mixed all the rice into this spice mixture and here our chicken Chinese rice was ready.
