Daily Delicacies Menu Week No. 91 date (25-10-2025)watermelon peel juice.. //
Hello steemit chefs,
Today I thought I would share another recipe with you. When most people eat a watermelon, they swallow the red flesh inside and throw the rest of the watermelon in the trash. Or, you might send it to the compost heap. But did you know that you can also eat the watermelon peel?
By now, we have all definitely drunk the juicy, red watermelon juice made from watermelon. But did you know that you can also juice watermelon rind? Like the pulp, the rind is also full of water and nutrients.
So let's get to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup diced watermelon rind
- Sugar 2 tbl
- Water 1/2 cup
METHOD
- First, you need to remove the green skin of the watermelon.
- Then cut it into small pieces and add a little water to it.
- Then put it in a blender jar and add sugar and salt to it.
- Then blend it well.
- Now our watermelon peel juice is ready.
NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Rich in vitamins
