Do you think desserts are important at special events?

Yes, of course. We can't imagine any special day or event without dessert items.Sweets play a very important role in such events.Dessert items make any event joyful and fulfilling. Dessert is much more important than the main food item at any event. Any celebration means happiness, joy, and a time to share them. More or less everyone eats dessert on birthdays, weddings, or various religious occasions. For example, we eat semai dessert during Eid. Such desserts are intertwined with our tradition, culture, and joy. This dessert adds to the festive atmosphere at various festivals.

Make one of the recipes that are shared in the course with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

I am sharing a very interesting recipe today. It is Suji Halwa.Many people call it Barfi.It is very delicious to eat. I have tried to present the entire recipe beautifully through pictures.Then if you have trouble understanding, I have shared a video so that you can understand easily.I hope you like the recipe.

Step - 1

First, I'll put a pan on the stove.Then I added a spoonful of ghee there.Then I put about four cardamoms in there.

Then I added a cup of semolina to it. Now I mixed the semolina with the ghee well.It needs to be fried for a while.

Then use sugar as per your preference. Here I am using half a cup of sugar.If it's too sweet, no one at home will want to eat it, so I used a little less.Then I mixed the sugar and semonila well.

This time I used some powdered milk. It tastes even better if you use powdered milk.Now I mixed everything with powdered milk and fried everything again for a while.

This time I used a little more than two cups of water. Then I'll shake everything well.

If you stir it with water for a while, it will turn from liquid to a slightly heavier dough.Then I'll take it off the stove.

This time I spread it out in a large dish.But you have to do this while it's still hot. It's harder to do it later when it gets cold.And before putting it in the dish, you need to apply a little oil to the dish.So that you don't waste time picking it up later.

Now I chopped up the almonds and added them on top. I also added raisins.It doesn't taste good without a little raisins in the dessert item.This is how I made the decoration on top.

This time I took a flower and a star shaped cookie cutter. This time I designed it with cookie cutters. I cut it into stars and flowers and served it.This is how the recipe was created.

Samolina

Semolina is made from wheat. It contains a lot of carbohydrates which are very beneficial for our body.It also contains some protein.It is very beneficial for everyone from young to old.

Sugar

It helps provide instant energy to the body, but it is best to consume as little sugar as possible. So I also used sugar in this recipe.

Ghee

It is a high fat source.Ghee helps us digest food. It also contains vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are beneficial for bone formation.

Powder Milk

It contains calcium and protein which helps in body growth.

Cardamom

Helps aid digestion and eliminate bad breath. Nightshade also contains antioxidants that protect against harmful microbes.

Raisins

It contains natural sugar which provides energy to the body.It contains iron and fiber.

Walnut

Almonds are very beneficial for us, they help improve memory. It also strengthens the bone structure.Almonds keep the heart healthy and also help a lot in weight control.
