"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 57:(Potato Stuffed Paratha Recipe )"

I am starting my blog with warm greetings to all the admin moderators and chef friends in the Steemit Iron Chef community. I hope you are all well and enjoying wonderful moments with your family. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. Today, I will share my entry in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.57 competition organized by @nancy0 mam in the Steemit Iron Safe community. This week, I will make a breakfast recipe that is loved by all, young and old, with a few ingredients in the kitchen. This delicious breakfast recipe made with flour and potatoes is easy to make quickly for an afternoon snack or children's tiffin. The taste of which is like sticking in the mouth. So, friends, let's go to today's recipe without delay.

Flour1 cup
Potatoes4 pis
Egg1 pis
Chopped onion1 cup
Ginger paste1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric1/4 teaspoon
Chatmasala1 teaspoon

Step 1:

First, take 1 cup of flour in a mixing bowl to make the paratha dough. After adding a teaspoon of salt to the flour, stir it with your hands and mix it well with the flour.

Step 2:

After adding a little water to the flour, stir it with your hands to make the paratha dough. Once the dough is ready, grease your hands with oil and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3:

To make the potato puree, I boiled the potatoes and an egg. When it cools down a bit, peel the potatoes and mash them while they are still warm.

Step 5:

Now, I put a pan on the stove to make the potato filling. I heated a sufficient amount of oil in the pan and added chopped onion. I fried the chopped onion until soft and mixed it with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, and chat masala.

Step 6:

After mixing all the spices, I added the mashed potatoes. I mixed the mashed potatoes with the spices. Now, the potato filling for the paratha is ready. It does not take much time to make the potato filling.

Step 7:

I cut the lechi from the flour dough. Then I lightly toasted the rotis like bread from one side to the other. I baked all the rotis in the same way.

Step 8:

Now, I took a roti and put potato filling on one side of the roti, then grated boiled egg on top and spread it on the roti and pressed it on the side. I have prepared all the parathas in the same way.

Step 9:

I am heating oil in a pan on the stove. Then I will fry the parathas in the oil from side to side and take them out when they get a beautiful color. The recipe for instant potato stuffed parathas is ready.
