Greetings friends, I hope you are all well. Today, I have come up with a great recipe for the contest Recipe of the Day. Week No. 58 was organized by @dasudi mam in the Steemit Iron Chef community. Today I will make Golap Phul Pitha with a few ingredients at home. For us, Pitha is not only a food, but also a treasure trove of memories. Pitha is a traditional dessert of Bangladesh that represents food and culture. In today's recipe, I will share the recipes for fried Rose Flower Pitha and Rose Flower Pitha in juice.
Ingredients required for the rose flower pitha recipe:

Steps required for the rose flower pitha recipe:
Step 1:
To make the rose flower pita dough, I took a large bowl and combined 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of powdered milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, a little salt, 2 cups of flour, and 2 tablespoons of soybean oil.

Step 2:
I mixed all the ingredients well with a hand whisk. Then I kneaded them with my hands to make a soft dough to make the rose pitha.

Step 3:
Spread the flour on the board, cut a piece from the dough, and roll it into a large loaf like loaf.

Step 4:
Then I cut it into small pieces with a cookie cutter. After cutting all the bread into small pieces, I will move on to making the pitha.

Step 5:
To make the pitha, I took three small breads together, pressed them with water in the middle, and placed one on top of the other in this way.

Step 6:
I took another bread and cut it in the middle, and turned it around, which formed the middle part of the flower. I placed the blossom of the rose in the middle of the pitha. Then I cut it from three sides, lifted it from one side, and pressed it. This is how the rose flower pitha was made. I will make all the rose flower pitha in the same way.

Step 7:
I put a pan on the burner here and reduced the heat to low. The pitha should be fried in slightly hot oil, because if the pitha is fried in too hot oil, the pitha will remain raw inside, even though it is fried from above. The stove should be kept on a low heat while frying the pitha.

Step 8:
Reduce the heat of the stove and turn all the pithas from side to side until they are well browned. After that, drain the oil by removing it in a colander.

Step 9:
Rose flower pitha can be eaten fried in oil or soaked in sugar syrup. I'll show you how to soak rose flowers in sugar syrup right now. To make rose flower pitha soaked in juice, I took 2 cups of water in a pan. To the water, one cup of sugar was poured. I will leave a few cardamoms in the water for a beautiful flavor.

When the water and sugar become sticky, I will soak the fried rose flower pitha in juice. I will soak the pitha in juice for some time and then serve it.
