INGREDIENTS
💚 Rice 💚 Carrot 💚 Oil 💚 Salt 💚 Garlic 💚 Ginger 💚 Beans 💚 Spring Onion 💚 Pepper 💚 Mustard seeds 💚 Soy sauce 💚 Tomato sauce 💚 Capsicum
Step1 :
Take a carrot, some beans, a capsicum, an onion, and some spring onion and chop them well into small pieces and keep them aside.
Step 2 :
Put a vessel on flame, take a liter of a water and boil, wash 250 gram rice and pour into the boiling water to cook, add a spoon of oil to keel the rice separate, and add a spoon of salt.
Step 3 :
Take a pan and put it on the flame, add 3 spoons of oil to heat, add mustard seeds to fry, add the chopped onion to sauté, then add the chopped spring onions and mix them well.
Step 4 :
Add the chopped carrots and beans and mix them well and then add a spoon of soy sauce and tomato sauceand mix them well
Step 5 :
Take some fried peppers in mixer grinder jar and grind them to make powder, add a spoonful of pepper powder in to the pan and mix them well
Step 6 :
Make garlic ginger paste using mixer grinder, add a spoon of the paste into the pan, and mix them well
Step 7 :
Now take the cooked rice and add them to the pan and mix them well untill all the ingradient mixed well and let the rice fried with the oil.
Step 8 :
Add some chopped spring onion and coriander leaves and put out the flame.
Now the healthy and tasty Vegetable Fried Rice is ready serve hot with tomato sauce or Curd Raitha.
