"Recipe of the Day, Week 75: (Bitter Gourd with potatoes)"
Friends, how are you all and how's your day going? By the grace of Allah, I am fine and my life is going well. So far we are safe from floods. But the risk is always there. Just a few hours ago. Another dam broke in a village. Causing devastation in that village as well. We all just pray that Allah Almighty will protect us from this calamity and keep everyone else safe. I am participating in this contest once again today with a new recipe of mine. I made potatoes and Bitter Gourds today. So I will share its recipe with you guys today. I hope that you will definitely like my recipe today.

4 | Red chilli flakes | 4 teaspoon |
5 | Green chilli | According to the test |
6 | 🧂salt | 1 tablespoon |
7 | Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
8 | Bnaspati ghee | As needed |
9 | Green Coriander | As needed |
10 | 🍅Tomato | As needed |

In the start I peeled the onions and cut them into slices. Then I started peeling the Bitter Gourd. After peeling, I also cut them into small pieces. Then I peeled the potatoes and cut them into long slices. After cutting all three vegetables. I washed them.
After I washed the Bitter Gourd
I squeezed it well with my hands to remove the water. After that I put the pan on the stove and turned on the flame. And put the Bitter Gourd in it to fry. After adding the karela. I added ghee to it and started frying them well.
After frying the "karela" turned out in light brown color.
When they turned light brown. I added the onion. After mixing the onions well. I fried them for about five minutes. When both the onion and bitter gourd were well fried. I added the potatos.
After mixing all these things well. I let them fry for another five minutes. When everything was well fried. I added chopped tomatoes and green chilies. And along with that I added all the other spices to it. I mixed them well and after that I kept them on the stove for about 10 to 15 minutes.
After 10 to 15 minutes my delicious 😋 curry was ready. You can see my friends in the picture how delicious it looks.
