Alhamdulillah, I am completely fine and I hope that all my friends are also completely fine. last two days, the weather is very good. It is raining and it is not hot, so I am spending a very good time with my family members. And I hope that you guys are having a great time too and that you guys are spending your time well. I am here again to participate in this SLC25-W4 organized by our beloved @dasudi ma'am. I liked this challenge more than all the previous ones, so I quickly tried to participate in it, and today I am participating. I would like to thank our dear ma'am who organizes new challenges for us every week and these recipes are very different and amazing, in which it is a great pleasure to participate and every time we get to learn something new. So no time waste, let's go start.

- I soak chickpeas all and afterwaking up in the morning, I boil them. Once both of these things were well boiled, I started preparing my chickpea salad.
- I washed the capsicum, cucumbers, and tomatoes thoroughly and then I started cutting them. I cut the cucumbers into small pieces that were neither too small nor too large, they were normal size. After that I also cut the tomatoes into normal size. And then I also cut the capsicum into small pieces. I cut them a little finely because there are often children and they don't like to eat them. So I said, "Don't let anyone dislike it." So I chopped them finely. I chopped these three vegetables and placed them in a beautiful dish.
- I first peeled the onions, chopped them, and put them in a bowl with salt because if we want to use raw onions in the salad, So, after cutting them, they should be salted and left for five to ten minutes so that the bitterness present in them is completely eliminated. After five to ten minutes, they should be washed thoroughly and squeezed. Doing so also eliminates their bitterness and makes them less unpleasant to the mouth. So, whenever I have used onions in a salad, I have used them in the same way and today I did the same. I had salted them and washed them well and put them in a cute little bowl and along with that I also chopped the coriander I had for garnishing.
- I have used some different ingredients to make this sauce in my recipe. I hope you will like it very much.
So to make this sauce, I took one teaspoon of celery, one teaspoon of black pepper, and one tablespoon of salt.Then I added about half a cup of lemon juice to it. Then I added half a cup of honey to it, which will make our sauce very delicious and flavorful. Then I added about four tablespoons of olive oil to it, which is very beneficial for our health. Next, I mixed all these things with a tea spoon. After doing this I put a few drops of vinegar to it. After mixing them well, I put them to one side.
- Then I took a beautiful glass bowl and placed all the ingredients I needed to add in it.
- Then I added the boiled chickpeas first, then I added the boiled corn. After that I added chopped tomatoes to it, then I added chopped cucumbers to it and along with that I added chopped capsicum to it. And finally I added the onion to it. After adding everything, I mixed them well with the help of two forks.
- Then I started adding the delicious and fragrant vinaigrette sauce I had prepared to it. This sauce had a very sweet, sour, earthy aroma. After adding this, I mixed them well and then I garnished coriander on top of it and mixed these things well.
- My delicious and very fragrant chickpea salad is ready.
And I am telling you with 100 percent certainty that the taste of it became so delicious with the sauce I made that my mouth say, "Mashallah, it has become very delicious." When I tested it. It was my first try. I was little nervous to making this salad. It was my first time to make salad like this. I was expect very much from it because it's ingredients are very healthy and tasty. When I ate this salad, I said wow unintentionally. This was really fresh and tasty. Chickpeas were soft and cucumber was crispy. Onion gave good and strong taste. I have no words to explain it's taste. I want to just say Wao. I think it was more than my expectations. Simple recipe, no fancy steps but flavour was clean and natural. I took about 30 minutes to made it. This filled my stomach and felt healthy. So yes, it really met my expectations. I surely make it again next week, and try mint next time. My first try was an excellent and happy result.

Chickpeas give energy to our body and help in digestion. These are good if we want to eat less but stay full. Cucumber cools the body. It has water and good for skin too. Bell pepper has vitamin C, so it helps in fighting sickness. Onion is strong in taste but also helps clean blood and fight bacteria. These four things together make a very nice salad. It is not only tasty but gives health too. I bought them from local store. Price list mentioned below:👇

Yes, some tips I want to share with you. Soak chickpeas at night. In morning boil them until soft. Not too soft. Just enough. Cut all veggies small, so in one bite you get all flavours. Add lemon juice and pinch of black salt. It makes big difference. We can also keep it in fridge for 10 minutes before eating. Salad tastes better cold. Sometimes I also add roasted cumin powder or little mint leaves. It gives a nice smell. Don not use too much spice. Let the real veggie taste stay. It’s a light food, so better to keep it simple. These are the things I did and it worked well for me.
