As always I am here to share this new week of the dynamic Daily Menu Delights Week No.78 where we can share the gastronomy that accompanies us daily in our homes. So I will start my day with a light breakfast 🥞. For breakfast.I had paratha with ghee. tea and fried egg with onion. The egg🍳 was very tasty. I really enjoyed having breakfast because it is a good day in the morning 🌅 and having tea an paratha for breakfast makes it a pleasure to have breakfast.

I drank banana juice 🥤 for lunch or I wanted to have some light food for lunch so I thought I would make banana juice. The weather was quite nice so I didn't feel like eating anything else so I thought I would make banana 🍌 juice because when I am not very hungry then eating some light juice or something light makes me feel lighter and making and drinking fruit juice 🥤 has many benefits too. Drinking a glass 🍷 of juice every day keeps a person healthy.

While covering 😀the routine of the day. I felt hungry in the afternoon. so I ate bananas from the fruits lying at home 🏠. Banana 🍌 is also very good😊 for our skin. It produces calcium in our bones. It also sharpens the light of our eyes 👀.

After a day full of activities ?I made dal rice 🍚 for dinner 🍽️. The dal rice was very 😋tasty.Dear friends I will tell you the advantages and disadvantages of this dish in my best words 😉.Chickpeas are a very useful food that is rich 🤑 in various nutrients. Chickpeas are essential for the growth 💹 and repair of the body 💪🏿. Lentils are a good 👍🏿 source of iron which helps prevent anemia. Blood Sugar Control. Chickpeas have a medium glycemic loo 👉🏿index. which helps in controlling blood sugar. Chickpeas contain calcium and phosphorus. which help in strengthening bones 🩻. Like any food 🥑 🥝 .eating too much can be harmful.Rice is a staple food that is an important part of the diet of millions of people around the world 🌎. White rice is easily digested. White rice 🍚 has a high glycemic index, so people with diabetes should be careful. Eating too much rice 🍚 weakens bones.
