Assalam O Alaikum!

Hi 👋🏿 How are you dear friends? I hope you are good. ☺️ I am fine. I am very nervous because this is my first post In this community. Today is the first time . my respected friends . I am going to share my recipe with you all for the first time. And I hope you all appreciate me a lot.I think friends will like it very much.

Here are all the things I used in this recipe.

Step 1

That I had peeled and chopped all the onions, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.
Then I put the pot on the stove and poured ghee into it. When the ghee got hot. I added the onion to it and fried it well for about two to three minutes. When the onions were well fried. I put chopped ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and green chilies.

Step 2

And then I fried all these things well and after that I added all the spices to it. I added the chicken after roasting all the spices. Then I cooked the chicken well. Then I added yogurt to it and fried it for about five to six minutes.

Step 3

After frying everything well, I added the potatoes and fried them all again. Then I added about two glasses of water to it and put it on low heat to cook.

Step 4

After about ten minutes my curry was ready. After that I chopped coriander leaves and garnished them.
