Recipe for cooking Rui fish with Kachu Mukhi
Assalamu Alaikum friends. How are you all? Alhamdulillah, I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Bengalis mean fish lovers. That is why the proverb says that Bengalis eat fish and rice. I like cooking a lot. I don't always get to cook, but whenever I get a chance, I cook something or the other. Cooking is another hobby of mine that I enjoy doing. And then it is even more enjoyable when someone praises the food after eating it. Today's cooking recipe is cooking Rui fish with raw mukhi.
Ingredients:
★ Rui fish.
★ Kachu Mukhi.
★ Onion.
★ Ginger paste.
★ Garlic paste.
★ Turmeric powder.
★ Chili powder.
★ Salt to taste.
★ Cumin, coriander powder.
★ Coriander leaves.
★ Oil.
Recipe
★ First, heat the pan and add soybean oil to it and heat it well. Then fry the Rui fish.
★ Once the fish is fried, fry the onion, ginger, garlic with light salt in the same oil. Then add turmeric powder, chili powder, and spices one by one and mix well.
★ Once the spices are cooked, add the washed kachu mukhi. Then, mash the kachu mukhi well. Then cover it with light water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
★ When the kachu mukhi is boiled, add the fried fish and cook it well for 10 minutes. Then add coriander leaves and let it simmer for a while. Then add light water and cover it again for 10 minutes.
