Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, doing well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today, I have come with a new piece of writing that I will present as a recipe. My dear elder brother, who is from Pakistan, has shared an amazing recipe that is essential in herbal medicine. We have found it to be a healthy food made with garlic and tomato, among other ingredients, and it has been turned into a recipe. Following the beautiful tips he provided, I have tried to make that recipe. Now, follow the recipe I have prepared and see the method. Let's go.

First, I am presenting to you what ingredients I used to make this recipe.

In the first stage, what I did was, on a plate, I cut the tomatoes, powdered the dry chilies, took one tablespoon of sugar and salt, added a medium-sized garlic, and then I am sharing it step by step. After that, I put the tomatoes in a bowl.

After that, I increased the stove heat and added the garlic to these tomatoes since the garlic and tomatoes need to be cooked. I also added half a cup of water to speed up the boiling.

Then I covered it with a lid since it needed to be cooked, so I kept it on the stove on medium heat for about five to six minutes. After that, I opened the lid and saw that everything was cooked, and then I put it in the blender.

Since this tomato and garlic needed to be mixed very well, I put them in the blender and blended them further with electricity. It took at most about two minutes. Then I poured it out from the blender and put it into a pot for the second cooking.

Next time, I first added salt to this ketchup and then added sugar in the required amount. After that, I added the powdered dried chilies, and then I cooked it for a little longer.

After cooking lightly for a while, I then added white vinegar to it. And this is a very important process. After heating it again for a while, when it turned into a mixture, my ketchup was almost fully cooked.

The amazing thing is that I never thought I could make something like this. I really feel very good about making such a beautiful recipe with my own hands. I take a clear picture to beautifully showcase it. Since I made only a small amount because there is no one to eat it, I will keep it in a small bowl and place it in the fridge. Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?

First of all, the difficulty I felt was that I am not usually engaged in continuous cooking activities. Because of this, I found it challenging. I do not know how things are prepared in the market or store. However, I tried to cook exactly as I was taught here. The reason I found it difficult was that I went to the market to buy the necessary ingredients. After coming home, no one was there, and I was alone. Finding the necessary utensils and items was difficult for me because this is not my own house, but my sister's house. This made it a little challenging for me.


What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?

First of all, it is clear that when something is made by my own hands, I myself know that it is natural and clean. We do not know what ingredients are used in the market or what medicines are added; this remains a matter of doubt for us. But what we make ourselves, we know what beneficial elements it contains. In this case, even if someone finds our homemade taste different from the market variety, in reality, homemade or hand-made items are more delicious and beneficial. The feeling of healthiness and making it with your own hands is the most important thing.
