Saludos mis queridos Chefs!
Cada 1 ero de Octubre se celebra el dia internacional del cafe, la bebida mas conocida y solicitada a nivel mundial. Disfrutar de una taza de cafe vas mas alla de una simple bebida, va llena de costumbre, tradiciones, momentos de interacción entre amigos, eventos, que unen a muchas personas en un tiempo muy especial, y que se hace imprescindible en nuestro estilo de vida, es el mejor tiempo de conexión. Esta fecha marca el inicio de la temporada de cafe en todos esos países que son muy grandes productores, un tiempo que va lleno de mucha alegria, emoción, trabajo, en las haciendas cafeteras, donde el cafe ha sido el sustento de su familia por muchas generaciones.
Es un placer para mi traer esta dinámica y compartir una taza de cafe con mis amigos chefs compartiendo información sobre sus gustos de esta exquisita bebida.
¿Como puedo participar?

Very beautiful and full of emotions! In fact, coffee is not just a drink but a feeling that connects people. Every cup of coffee has hard work, fragrance and taste hidden. Drinking coffee with friends is a moment where things do not end and memories go on. On International Coffee Day, we all should also remember those farmers and people whose hard work reaches our cup. I would definitely like to participate in this contest.
