Tasting Tradition
I decided to make one of my favorite local dishes; Abacha, also known as African Salad! 😋. It’s a delicious mix of dried cassava flakes, palm oil, ugba, garden eggs, onions, pepper, fish, kpomo and a touch of tradition in every bite. The aroma alone brings back so many beautiful memories of home. It felt amazing enjoying it with my hand
