🥛 Do you drink milk frequently?

My mother used to give me 250 grams of milk every day since I was little. But when I was 20-23 years old, I didn't drink milk very regularly. Because at that time I couldn't get raw milk. But now I am drinking a glass or 250 grams of raw cow's milk again every day. And I really like drinking milk.

🥛 What is your milk preference: whole, semi-skimmed, skimmed, lactose-free or plant-based?

I think cow's milk is a natural product that comes from cows. It is rich in macronutrients including protein and is a great source of calcium. Organic cow's milk contains high levels of healthy omega-3 acids which are less likely to come from cows that are exposed to antibiotics and pesticides. So I always drink raw cow's milk. And this milk is delivered to my house by someone every day.

🥛 What's your favorite way to enjoy milk: alone, with coffee, in smoothies, or with cereal? Do you prefer it cold or hot?

I usually don't like to drink milk with anything. But sometimes I give Horlicks for a change of taste. Again, when I have a cold or fever, I drink it with raw turmeric in milk. Because raw turmeric and milk together are very beneficial for the body's fever and cold. Again, many times, if the smell of milk is not good, then if you heat the milk with cinnamon and cloves in the milk, the smell of the milk goes away and it tastes good.

🥛 Do you have a favorite brand of milk?

Since I drink cow's milk directly. I don't buy any packaged milk from outside. So I don't have a favorite brand. Sometimes I buy packaged milk. But it is our local brand. For example, Farm Fresh, Akij Milk and Aarong Milk, these are our brand quality milk in Bangladesh.

🥛 Describe a dish or drink in which milk is the main ingredient?

The name of the white dish is Payes or Kheer
We have a dish in Bangladesh called Payes or Kheer. This dish is made with a mixture of cow's milk, rice and sugar. Milk is used as the main ingredient here. To make this dish, first heat the liquid cow's milk in a pan and stir it with a spoon for a while. The milk will thicken as a result of heating the milk for a long time. Then you have to heat the milk with sugar for some more time. Then you have to mix the rice with the rice. Once the rice is cooked, the cooking will be finished. And this is how this dish is made.
