SLC27-W2 // "Desserts from milk"

Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah.Today I am participating #worldofdesserts-s27w2.Thank you very much @suboohi teaching us such a nice Dessert.
Dessert items made from milk are as delicious to eat as they are nutritious. Milk is very beneficial for our health (bones, teeth, gums). However, I and my family like milk dessert items made with moderate amounts of sugar. I try to make different types of dessert items on different occasions. Delicious and healthy desserts can be made with milk with a small amount of ingredients.
Below are the names of some of my favorite dessert items
- Pudding
- Phirni
- Fruit Custard
- Faluda

First, I will put a clean pot on the stove. Pour half a liter of milk into that pot and turn on the stove. When the milk is boiling, I will pour half a cup of sugar into it and mix it.

While the milk is boiling, I will prepare a custard powder mixer. I will mix two tablespoons of custard powder with two tablespoons of milk and mix it well. Once the custard powder is mixed, I will pour it into the milk mixture and stir well so that there are no lumps in the milk..

After boiling for a while, when the milk mixture reaches the consistency I like, I will turn off the stove and let the milk mixture cool.

At this point, I'll put another frying pan on the stove. When the frying pan is hot, I'll add two tablespoons of butter to it. When the butter melts, I'll add the bread slices and lightly roast them on both sides.Then I will divide the roasted bread into small pieces

Once the bread is roasted, I add 1/2 cup of vermicelli to the same frying pan and fry it until brown.

In a clean bowl, I spread the sliced bread. Then I pour the milk custard mixer over the bread. Garnish with rosted vermicelli and raisins on top and my bread custard is ready to serve.
Final presentation
This bread custard is a favorite dessert of mine and my family.I make this dessert item for my family sometimes. So I did not face any problem while making this dessert. This dessert is made with very few ingredients and in a short time with easily available ingredients at home. Anyone can easily prepare it and enjoy this delicious dessert. Its taste is enhanced by keeping it in the refrigerator for 1-1.30 hours and then serving.
Dessert item is a necessary food on any occasion. Many people cannot think of any occasion without dessert item, the event seems incomplete to them. This dessert item can be prepared for the two main festivals of Muslims (Eid), wedding, Gaye Halud, birthday party, get together with friends, to entertain any guest. We can also make this dessert item to share any of our happy news with others.

Tu postre se ve muy rico, al verlo me llamo la atención el ingrediente que por encima lo adorna y al leer entendí que es arroz, que me imagino le da una consistencia crujiente lo que hace más rico y divertido al comer.
