I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.Today here I am participating here This amazing and unique contest.Recipe of the day week 75.This contest organized by @lirvic .I am very Thankful for @lirvic and whole steem Iron chef team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .Through this competition we can show our Telent by cooking skills.Today I am share you bitter milon fry Recipe .I hope you must try at home.
Let's move towards and starts
Bitter Melon fry Recipe
Things we need
Ingredients | Quantity |

Oil | 1cup |
Bitter melon | 250gm |
Tomatoes | 2 medium size |
Green chilli | 3/4 |
Onion | 2 medium size |
Cumin seeds | 1tsp |
Salt | as required |
Red chilli | 1 tsp |
Turmeric | 1tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Making step by step
Wash the bitter melon properly.and cut in the medium size.

Heat the oil in pen .add cumin seeds then frying in bitter melon .frying untill the colour of butter Melon golden brown.

As same pen I add in onion .onion should be in Thin size frying 2/3 minutes.after that cut the tomatoes in medium size not thin size put in to the pen more over green chilli I add in pen .frying all these ingredients in pen .4/5 minutes .

Then add all the spices .when I mention in ingredients list.with the spices add 3 table spoon of water untill the spices are not burn.

I will add the bitter gourd in pen and mixed well properly..

Covered it for five minutes in low flame .now my delicious bitter milon ready to serve.

Final presentation of my Bitter Melon fry
So guys This is my final presentation .I hope you like it .in the end I add in plate top of yougrt.Because our eyes are the first to see food. If it looks delicious, our heart wants to eat it.It certainly turned out to be a very delicious vegetable.Frying removes the bitterness of bitter gourd.
Health benefits of bitter Melon
We talk about the numerous benefits of bitter gourd .it's good for digestion. Relives constipation.This vegetable best for diabetic patient because it's control blood sugar level.lots of minerals and vitemaink are existed in bitter gourd .it's iron, potassium,fiber Vitamins,C,A.I have cooked it with the peels. It is more beneficial for health.its contain fiber and improve our immune system .it's helpful for weight loss.You can cook it once or twice a week.
Now we are discuss about some dis advantages of bitter milon .Consuming too much bitter gourd can also cause low blood sugar levels, and can also cause gastrointestinal diseases and heart burn.so eat moderation.
