I don't eat egg juice because I want to, but I eat eggs because I need some benefits from it, including fats. I need eggs in my body because I am a sports lover. I do sports every day, and sometimes I eat raw.

Because I want some fat, I am a slim person, so I need that is why I am eating eggs. I often eat eggs three times a week because I need still no improvement,t but there is improvement in my health. It increases the level of my strength and blood.

🥚 What is your favorite way to prepare eggs: fried, scrambled, boiled, or in an omelet?

Most of the time, I fry my eggs because I want oil to be on them, and when frying it, I don't put enough pepper because it used to affect my chest and throat during exercise; instead, I prefer it raw.

Fried eggs without pepper and enough onion bring me joy because my energy in terms of running, juggling, and playing football are the Three sports I know how to do; I prefer frying eggs, that's all.

🥚 What seasonings or sauces do you put on your eggs?

My reason for taking eggs is because of my health, and I am doing exercise; I love doing exercise, and I like eating eggs often. Another reason is that I want to gain fat; some people insult me because I am slim, so I need eggs to boost my fat.

Use to eat eggs, together with noodles, because that is how I was brought up since I was a kid. I started cooking noodles and eggs when I was still on a date, but I started reducing the way I eat noodles because of the price in my country.

This one is my favorite to eat eggs with yam. It used to taste nice, and I like it very much; after pilling The yam, you will boil it, then you will the ingredient with the egg, and you will mix and fry eat.

My favorite dish is yam. You will fry both together. Make sure you boil the yam very well and mix it before frying it. I used to wear this almost every day in my formal location because it used to be my breakfast. But now I don't, because of the scarcity of yam in my new area, even you see it is very expressive.
