"Recipe of the Day, Week 70: (MTN rice and beans recipe)"
MTN rice and beans is the must simplest meal that can be prepared by anyone even when using different methods it doesn't require much ingredients but you can decide to add more if you wish. So I decided to prepared mine this way.
Ingredients for the meal
. Rice 3 cups
. Beans 1 cup
. Crayfish
. Maggi
. Salt
. Onions
. Palm oil
. Pepper
With the above mention ingredients I was able to prepare my food through my method,
Now
Step 1
I first start from parboiling the rice and beans using different pots,

After parboiling the rice and beans I wash and sliced my onions after slicing I place an clean empty pot on the cooking gas and put my palm oil.

*Palm oil been added to the pot. |
step 3
After putting the palm oil on the pot after 5 sec I put my sliced onions in the pot with the oil then filled in the rice and add water it then cover the pot for it to start boiling.

When the rice started boiling I add the beans and all the spices except some parts of onions I remain so I will put it when the rice is almost done.

Now here we go my food is now ready for consumption sharp sharp like I said earlier preparing MTN rice and beans doesn't take much time in the process of preparation following the steps I used.
