"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 81: Mini Chicken Fry Recipe on my own style.

Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @mariami mam.Today will share the recipe of mini chicken.Its my first time making this at home.So let's see the delicious mini chicken fry making process of mine.

🟨First, I took one cup of milk in a clean bowl, then added the sliced chicken pieces to it. After that, I added one egg, and then I added all the dry ingredients such as red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, etc.

🟨 Then I added ginger and cumin paste to it, along with the juice of one lemon. After that, I added soy sauce and an appropriate amount of tomato sauce. All the ingredients have been added.

🟨 Then, with the help of a spoon, I mixed the ingredients well while constantly stirring and set it aside for 10 minutes. In the meantime, I took a clean bowl and combined an appropriate amount of flour with some cornflour.
🟨After that, I used a hand spoon to take the pieces of chicken one by one and placed them on another clean plate. I kept the liquid that was left in the bowl because we will use it later.

🟨 Now I have taken a piece of chicken in my hand and coated it well in flour, then dipped it in the liquid spices again, and after that, I coated it in the flour mixture once more and put it in a hot oil pan in the stove to fry.
🟨 When frying the chicken, the stove should definitely be kept on low heat so that the meat cooks properly inside. If it is fried on high heat, it will remain raw inside and will burn quickly. Therefore, it should be fried on low heat while flipping it over with the help of a spoon.

However, friends, the funny thing is that I have never made this at home before.I was a bit worried whether my chicken fries would turn out perfectly crispy, but thank God, it was really enjoyable to eat. However, every time I took the chicken fries off the stove and placed them on a plate, I didn't have any time to take pictures because my son and family members were all rushing to eat. They liked it so much that seeing their eagerness brought me a lot of joy because my effort was worthwhile.
