I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I often participate in recipe contests in the Steemit Iron Chef community. I really like participating in this contest. So today I will also participate in this contest with a new recipe of mine. So let's get started.

Tilapia fish soup recipe with okra

A very common dish in daily life is tilapia fish broth recipe with fenugreek. We Bengalis are called "Mache Bhate Bengali". The reason for this is that Bengalis love to eat rice and fish. Most of the people of our country eat rice and various types of vegetable or fish curry in the afternoon. This fenugreek recipe is one of my favorite dishes. Besides, making this recipe is also very easy and delicious.

Preparation method

  • First step: First, I will wash and clean the potatoes and potatoes. Then I will cut the fish and clean it with water.

  • Second step: Now I will chop the onion and marinate the fish with yellow salt and chili powder. I will put a pot on the stove and heat the oil.

  • Third step: Then I will fry the fish in hot oil and when it is fried, I will remove it. Then in the same pot, I will add chopped onion in hot oil and fry it for a while.

  • Fourth step: Then add the chopped potatoes and fry them on low heat for three to four minutes with a little salt.

  • Fifth step: Now add a little turmeric powder, chili powder and a little water and fry for a while.

  • Sixth step: Once it is cooked, add the chopped okra and fry for three to four minutes with a little water.

  • Seventh step: This time, add the broth and cook for a while and then add the fish.

  • Eighth step: Now cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. When done, remove from the stove.

Recipe benefits:

  • Green vegetables and fresh vegetables are used in this recipe, so this recipe has a lot of vitamins and nutritional qualities.

  • Apart from that, fish is also used in this recipe. Fish contains iron, vitamin D-A, calcium, phosphorus, etc. which are very beneficial for our body.

  • All the other ingredients used in this recipe play a huge role in keeping our body healthy.

Recipe disadvantages:

I think there is no such disadvantage to this recipe. Because the ingredients used in the recipe here are all formalin-free fresh ingredients and are completely homemade. So there is no such disadvantage to eating this recipe. However, if someone has an allergy problem, then they should eat recipes made with okra as per the doctor's advice. Because many people are allergic to okra.
