I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am doing very well. Today I will be participating in a great engagement challenge called Brookie Recipe. The theme of the Rangagement Challenge today is "SLC26-W5// "Brookies". So let's get started.

Make brookies. You can make the recipe presented in this class in the quantities indicated, or you can change the quantities and ingredients according to availability (detail the preparation steps). Ingredients for making cookie dough:

Flour	Half cup
White sugar	Three tablespoons
Brown sugar	Another tablespoon
Butter	60 grams
Egg	Half
Vanilla	Half tablespoon
Cinnamon powder	A small amount
Baking powder	A small amount

Preparation:

Step 1: First I put the amount of flour in a bowl Take it. Then add baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon powder, butter, white sugar, brown sugar,egg.

Step 2: Now mix it well with a spoon. I have mixed the butter little by little to make the dough here, it has been easy for me.

Ingredients for making brownie batter dough are:

Melted butter	A small cup
Egg	Half
Vanilla	A small amount
Cocoa powder	40 grams

Preparation method:

Step 1: First, put the melted butter in a bowl, then add the white flour and cocoa powder. Then mix together.

Step 2: Now add the sugar,egg to the mixed brownie batter dough and again with the help of a spoon Mix well.

Step 3: Now I will put a tray in the oven with white paper and lightly oil it. Then I will first coat it with cookie dough.

Step 4: Now I will put brownie batter dough on top of the cookie dough. Then I will put chopped cashew nuts on top. This will make the recipe look beautiful.

Step 5: Now I will put the tray of dough in the oven and steam it for 20 minutes

Finally, my recipe is done. Now I will take a selfie with my recipe.

I like brukki better than other cookies. Today I made this recipe and got a different experience and I also got compliments. Because this cookie has two types of flavors mixed together, it gives a different taste. Besides, its flavor is different, It looks tempting. After making it, when I gave it to my father-in-law and mother-in-law, they praised me and the brukki I made. So I can definitely say that the taste of brukki ersha is different from other cookies.

I have never enjoyed this recipe before. I learned this recipe through this engagement course and made it for the first time. So first of all, I would like to thank our teacher @mvchacin for teaching us this wonderful recipe. I am really happy that I was able to make this recipe through the course.

It was a great experience for me that the combination of both doughs in the same piece as a baker created a different taste. When I was making it, a very good smell spread around. This is the first time that I was able to make something new through this course.

Which drink would you pair with a piece of bruki? (1 point)

I would pair a 7 Up drink with a piece of bruki. I also like to drink water with any biscuit. However, many people like different types of water with a piece of bruki. I also like Coca-Cola with a piece of bruki, various homemade drinks. However, in terms of drinks, I prefer 7 Up. Since I made this recipe at home and I almost always have 7 Up in my house because I give it to children when they come to the house, I will give preference to 7 Up as a drink with this recipe.
