Hello dear friends, Greeting you all steemians! I'm your steemian @steemsial and here with you with a new post. Today my new post is about the complete recipe of fruit trifle in the community steemit Iron Chef. This post is about Contest: Recipe of the day week no 77. I am very happy for participating in this contest of the week. Hope you all are doing well and happy.

•INGREDIENTS FOR BASE
2 packet sponge cake
1/2 cup fruit juice/syrup
•INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD LAYER
4-5 litters of milk
15-16 tbsp of custard powder
2 cups of sugar
•INGREDIENTS FOR FRUIT LAYERS
6 Bananas sliced
3-4 Apples diced
Cocktail
•INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM LAYER
1 cup chilled whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
•STEP-WISE PREPARATION/MAKING

•Take 4-5 litters of milk in a stainless steel container and boil it on high flame.

•Add 2 cups of sugar in the milk which is boiling so that the sugar can dissolved completely in the milk. You can adjust sugar as your requirements

•Take a box of custard powder of any flavor. I chose the vanilla flavor custard.

•In a bowl take 15-16 tbsp of custard powder in milk and make smooth paste. Mix it completely so that clumps shouldn't be made.

•Add this smooth paste of custard in the boiling milk and mix is continuously. Cook until it is thickens. When it is completely cooked them transfer it to large bowl and refrigerate it for some time.

_•Take boxes of two different jellies flavors. As I take red and green color jelley box _

•Take 1 glass of water in a bowl and add sugar as per requirements and add jelly in it. You will take the jelly powder separately in the bowl.

•Make jellies on low flame until it thickens (5-7 minutes).
Let it cool to room temperature.

•In a plate cut banana, Apple and cocktail into small slices. Make juice of cocktail separately. This is used for showering on the cake layers to make the cake layer spongy.

•In a large bowl keep the cakes and make layers of them.

•Drizzle lightly with fruit juice so cakes become juicy and soft.
Add a very thin layer of custard on the cakes

•Make a topping mix of fresh and canned fruits.

•Add a layer of custard on the fruits and cake. Repeat layers until bowl is full.

•Then cut the slices of prepared jelly and topped it on the custard. Also add some cream on the top layer of custard.

•Cover it and refrigerated for 2-3 hours.
