Welcome to all in season 27 in SIC week :1 in world of dessert hosting by @suboohi ,I really liked this week,s topic regarding Grains made dessert.I like to followed the teacher,s recipe with my customised touch so guys with out ado let's move on first week participation with the recipe of soji and besan hulwa

In my thoughts any social gatherings menu never considered without desserts like cakes , traditional sweets included baking items , fruit base sweets as well . Desserts often add a celebratory touch to special occasions like weddings, birthdays, and anniversary and on any achievement to celebrate .

Infact my whole family members and friends love to eat dessert at the end of the party/event Desserts can created lasting memories, especially when they're customized to fit the occasion or theme.Desserts satisfying our taste buds even till our soul becomes happy after eating sweets...it's my personal experience ,well according to the events we chosen dessert in our menu like wedding cakes ,kids party , birthday cakes , congratulations for some one ,

I love to share the recipe I learned from our teacher in the lesson but I added my personal signature style while adding both ingredients in one dessert means samoline and gram flour.By first I share the ingredients list then step by step procedure.

Ingredients list
One cup samoline
One cup gram flour
1/2 cup milk powder
4 Green cardamom powder
Pinch of Orange food colour
1 cup sugar
1/2 glass of water
1 cup clarified butter
Chopped nuts
Making/step by step procedure

  • Step :1

First I made sugar syrup for the hulwa for that I took one glass of water add 1 cup sugar and dissolved it completely and cooked till become thick and sticky ,after that add orange food colours d green cardamom powder in the sugar syrup called Sheera.

  • Step :2

Now I take an other pan add ghee / clarified butter in it let it melted and hot make sure flame must be not high.The whole halwa making procedure done at medium flame .

  • Now add besan /gram flour in the pan .

  • Add one cup of samoline in the mixture and mixed well by spetulla continuasly for at least 10 minutes.

  • Step :3

The yummy aroma comes out when add powder milk in it and stirring well .

  • Step :4

On this stage add sugar syrup in it ,it's gives sweet touch to your dessert and tender and soft your samoline and gram flour cooked .

  • Step :5

Cooked the mixture more 15 to 20 minutes in Sheera then add chopped nuts in it by first add raisins.

  • Chopped almonds as well

  • Grated coconut 🥥 also in the yummy hulwa all nuts increased the taste of hulwa and also increased it's health benefits.

  • Mixed well all ingredients and cooked on low flame for 15 minutes .

Now it's time to dish out hulwa I used large spread dish for it ...

It's semi solid I cutted by knife and make small pieces of hulwa that easy to eat .

On the top I also sprinkle remaining chopped nuts and set a side to complete dry and had proper shaped .

Final presentation

Guys it's final turned out of my suji besan hulwa. , believe me it's truly amazing

For kids I gives the hulwa mixture in too ball shaped and wrapped into cupcakes folder as well ,it's another idea for presents the hulwa for kids they attract and enjoyed it ...

So guys I hope you all liked my today's suji besan hulwa recipe it's my first experience for making this type of hulwa but I am enjoying and had fun ....
