Let's talk about soups

Today I'm truly excited to partake and descant about a dish that has invariably existed immediate in our houses soup. Whether bald or intricate, soup forever brings tepidness and blissfulness to the table.

🫕 Am I a soup lover?
Yes! On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm inarguably an 8. I do n’t ingest it every single daylight, but when I serve, it feels like a solitary meal that fills both belly and soul.

🫕 Stovetop or stove?
I like cooking soup on the stovetop because the dallying stewing procedure blends all the flavors beautifully. It’s like magic observing the ingredients sluggishly transfigure into a succulent broth.

🫕 My favorite soup
My fave is fish soup. The flavor of the ocean fraternized with seasonings, vegetables, and lemon gives it such a special flavor. It’s blaze but also veritably nutritional, particularly when eaten with cassava or rice.

🫕 When is soup a must?
Soup is a must at family gatherings by the seaside. It’s custom in my civilization to partake fish soup during special moments, specifically after fumbling passages. It also feels comprehensive on wintry nighttimes when you need commodity warm.

🫕 With or without lemon?
With lemon, perpetually! 🍋 It enhances the flavor of fish or chicken soups and balances the broth impeccably.

🫕 Vegetables I ca n’t miss and do n’t like
For me, corn on the cob is indispensable it gives agreeableness and texture. The vegetable I do n’t adore in soup is eggplant, as its texture does n’t beseem
the broth for me.

🫕 My ideal soup
My ideal soup would be a storming bowl of fish soup with pristine cilantro, cassava, sludge, potatoes, and a squeeze of lemon on top. Served with rice on the flank, it’s the consummate comfort food.
