Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a great recipe contest. For this, I would @afzalqamar like to thank , who has organized such a beautiful contest. Today's contest is about how to make ketchup with tomatoes and garlic at home. I have made it completely according to the teacher's instructions. So it was amazing to watch and eat, but friends, I am presenting to you all the details of how I prepared my recipe.

●Salt

The Process of recipe


Step 01

Although tomatoes are available in abundance in Bangladesh during winter, there are not many tomatoes available in the market during other times of the year. So, since tomatoes are not available very much these days, I made Ketchup with a few tomatoes. First, I cut my tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and peeled the garlic well. Then, I washed everything well, took a small pot, and added enough water and tomatoes to boil them.

Step 02
When the tomatoes are cooked for a while, I will add the garlic cloves, then I will boil them again for two minutes, so that my garlic and tomatoes are cooked well. Then I will take a blender and add the cooked tomatoes and garlic there and blend them well.

Step 03
Then I will put a pan here, I will take it and put a sieve on it, and put the tomato paste and garlic in it. Then I will strain it well, and the unnecessary parts will be separated from here. I will throw them away, and from here, I will prepare the tomato paste to be refined. I will cook it again on the stove. Then I will add the required amount of sugar here. Then I will add a little salt

Step 04
here then I will add chili flakes to taste here after everything is cooked well here I will finally add a spoonful of white vinegar

Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?

Today I made ketchup as per the teacher's instructions so I didn't have any problem with it but before that I try to make tomato sauce almost every winter season and I like to eat it in the fridge for a few months so I didn't have any problem making today's tomato ketab instead I liked it and I have prepared it to give in my son's school tiffin with bread.

What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?

Of course, homemade ketchup is much healthier than the market ketchup, and it is especially healthier for children. Children like different sauce and are very happy when they mix sauces with different foods. It is much tastier when we make it at home than the tomato sauce we buy in the market, or the ketchup, and I have already started making different types of tomato sauce at home.I am very happy because if we can make such tomato ketchups at home, we will not need to buy unnecessary tomato ketchup with preservatives from outside, but we can make our own tomato ketchup at home in a healthy way and according to our wishes, which I think is much more convenient.
