Friends, I hope you are having a good day, and by the grace of God, I am also safe. Today I have come to you with a great recipe. But I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing this contest. She has organized such a beautiful contest through which I got the opportunity to present such a beautiful recipe to you. So, friends, I am presenting to you all the processes of how I completed my recipe.

Do you think desserts are important at special events?

Of course, sweets are very important in a country like Bangladesh, and on special occasions, the people of Bangladesh forget to celebrate that day without sweets because sweets are a must for the people of Bangladesh for the sake of entertaining guests. Also, on special occasions, it is necessary to take sweets for the arrival of guests at home. Also, the people of Bangladesh like to eat different types of sweets very often because they keep sweets in their favorite food list, and in addition to making different types of sweets, they buy different types of sweets, and they do not forget them.

Today I will make Sujir Halwa, and the complete recipe is mentioned below.

The Process of recipe


Step 01

First, I put a clean pan on the stove, and in it I melted ghee and white oil together, and in it I added three small cardamoms.
After frying for a while, I added a cup of semolina here.

Step 02
You do need to fry the semolina in oil for about two minutes. Here, I used a little less oil, so I added some more oil later.
Then I will add sugar to taste here.

Step 03
After stirring for a while, I will add powdered milk here in moderation.
After mixing it well and frying it for a while, I will add liquid milk here, about a cup.

Step 04
Then stir everything well again for about two minutes and fry.
Then I will add three cups of water here.

Step 05
Then mix everything well and test the suger thoroughly.
Then I will add chopped almonds and raisins here.

Step 06
Mix everything well again.
After a while, when the cook is lifted, I will add a small amount of food coloring here.

Step 07
Then my semolina halwa will be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. After stirring for a while, I will prepare the semolina halwa.
Then I will take it out on a plate.

Then I will add some more almonds and raisins for decoration.

Suji

Sugar

We can use sugar to sweeten any sweet food and to enhance the taste of sweetness, but it is better to eat it in moderation because too much sugar is harmful to our bodies.

Milk

We cannot finish talking about the benefits of milk. We should drink milk every day, and those who do not like drinking milk can prepare various types of food or desserts made with milk and eat them. This will benefit our body because through milk we can get calcium in the body, and with enough calcium we can keep our bones, teeth, and nails strong.

Almonds are very beneficial for our bodies. In medical terms, we should include four to five almonds in our diet every day. Of course, we should eat cardamom or different types of nuts.
